In ICET- 2008; 2,12,507 candidates were registered. This year, we are expecting that 2,50,000 candidates may appear for the examination. There are no changes in the syllabus and pattern of the examination. We are following the same syllabus and examination pattern as that of ICET-2008.

The special feature of ICET-2009 is that we are using an integrated OMR-cum-ICR sheet to record the data pertaining to the candidate. This feature facilitates accuracy in the processing of results and other works relating to ICET-2009. Last year, only ICR sheet was used to record the data.

This year, another improvement from the previous year is that Identification Marks of the candidates are included in the application form and OMR-cum-ICR sheet to check the impersonation.

The information about ICET - 2009 can be had from the web sites, www.icet09.net and www.andhrauniversity.info.
